It's a Hot One
Whew! It's hot! Europe is experiencing a heat wave. High temperatures here in Debrecen have been in the 90's and are expected to remain that high for at least another week. We, like most Hungarians, do not have air conditioning, so we are feeling the heat. It is weeks like these that make us thankful that we don't live and work in the tropics!

Why don't you have air conditioning? Many Hungarians have one. Though, admittedly, it's only a few weeks in a year when it's really hot, so the investment may not be worth it.
