Miles and Miles to Go

We have visited almost one-third of the churches we have scheduled on our itinerary. That means a lot of miles. We are so glad we have a good car and do not mind traveling. Please remember to pray for us as we drive many more miles through the end of November. Pray for our safety and alertness and that our car will continue to run well.

We are having a great time meeting all the wonderful Open Bible people and worshiping with them. We enjoy talking with so many people. We were impressed with the youth in Council Bluffs, Boone and Healing River in Des Moines. We discover connections we have with people everywhere. In Ames, Nancy was pleased to discover that her parents had contributed toward the financing of their new building several years ago. And what great cooks we have in Open Bible, too. This last week we were treated to some delicious slow-cooked flat beef in Guthrie Center. What a great Open Bible family we have!
